Yoga From the Comfort of Your Own Home

    Register by 3 pm PST/6 pm EDT


Some tips for beginners:

  • Avoid eating at least 2 hours before the practice.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
  • Hydrate and have water on hand.
  • Create a quiet and sacred space to practice in, where you won’t be disturbed.
  • Be familiar with Zoom so you can join on time.
  • For your first time, please allow your video to be on (so we know you’re a real person!). You may turn it off for the practice itself if you wish.
  • Have props handy such as yoga blocks, blankets & pillows.

Zoom classes occur every Thursday at 5 pm PST/8 pm EDT unless the faeries change the weather. You will receive an email with a Zoom link and password information around 2 hours before class. If you have signed up for the Zoom Offering on the day of class after 3 pm PST/6 pm EDT your class will begin on the following Thursday.
